Adrianne
Adrianne Stelzenmuller is the owner and founder of Adriatic Therapies; she is dedicated to serving clients who are sincerely interested in exploring and working to set in motion a healing process that breaks through perceived limitations.
Adrianne’s focus is to support the body’s innate healing potential, to bring greater awareness to the varied elements that factor into the healing process. This approach consciously promotes balance and empowers the individual to self-directed health and growth.
Adrianne’s passion for the healing arts is evident in her dedication to meeting the challenges of a modern integrative facilitator. She has earned certifications in Massage Therapy, Personal Training, Aquatic Massage, Watsu, Chinese Acupressure,
Upledger Craniosacral Therapy. Most recently she studied Bio-dynamic Craniosacral Therapy with Heidi Wilson in Tucson AZ. Adrianne is a certified Aquatic Massage Instructor mentored for over 10 years directly by Elaine Marie, the founder of Aquatic Massage.
Adrianne has worked professionally in a variety of situations, including world class destination spas Canyon Ranch Resorts, and Miraval Life in Balance. While on staff at Canyon Ranch, Adrianne was in the Aquatic Therapy, Movement Therapy, Massage Therapy, Hiking, and Mountain Biking departments. She helped to design and implement a comprehensive program to address and heal the fears that many people have about water. She also helped to establish the Aquatic Meditation service, and led guided labyrinth walks. At The Providence Institute, a community-oriented healing arts studio, yoga center, and school, Adrianne worked in the bodytherapy center, personal training studio, and was a member of the teaching staff. She has been in private practice as the owner and lead therapist of Adriatic Therapies since 2005.
What makes Adrianne’s approach to health unusual is the employment of integrated facilitation. Combining her extensive experience, knowledge and passion for health, Adrianne is well equipped to meet the changing individual needs of the client/student. Adrianne also collaborates with other holistic health practitioners to connect the client/student to additional sources of support. This approach to wellness provides clients/students with a well-rounded, dynamic and exciting experience that keeps them interested and activates their creativity as they move through the process of self-exploration, education or healing.
Adrianne lives in Tucson, Arizona with her husband James W. Stelzenmuller, author and teacher of consciousness.

Aly
Aly Waibel is an associate therapist for Adriatic Therapies. She provides therapeutic massage,
aquatic massage and guided hiking. Aly has a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies and a Master of Arts in Language, Reading and Culture from the University of Arizona. Her experience prior to becoming a bodyworker was in social services and teaching English as a Foreign Language.
Aly completed her therapeutic massage training at The Providence Institute in Tucson, Arizona in 2005. She attended the 650 hour Holistic Body Therapy program, which provided training in massage techniques, human anatomy and physiology, introduction to Shiatsu and hydrotherapy. Aly has additional training in bio-dynamic Crainiosacral Therapy taught by Heidi Wilson. She completed the 120 hour Aquatic Massage training program with Adriatic Therapies in 2007. Aly worked at The Providence Institute Bodytherapy Center intermittently from 2005 until its closing in 2009. She has been in private practice since 2005.
Aly has studied contemplative meditation with Fr. Patrick Eastman and Zen meditation with Pat Hawk Roshi. She is currently a student of James W. Stelzenmuller, author and teacher of consciousness.
Aly’s treatments are especially effective for clients who seek to increase their awareness of how physical and emotional holding patterns effect the body. Aly views bodywork as a profound tool for the integration of emotional and psychological content, integration which brings understanding and increased freedom to the whole person.

Robyn
Robyn Darnell is an associate therapist and administrative assistant with Adriatic Therapies. She provides therapeutic massage, hot stone therapy and trigger point therapy. She specializes in working with clients who suffer from chronic pain. She is in training as a hiking guide and Aquatic Massage therapist.
Robyn earned her 1000 hour massage therapy certification from Cortiva Institute in Tucson. Within her studies she experienced hydrotherapy and injury clinic which includes working with people dealing with illness, injury, or disability. Her love of the water moved her to participate in competitive swimming for 10 years and to eventually become a lifeguard. She holds a certification as a water safety instructor. She has also worked as a dietary aide for the senior population.
Robyn was born and raised in Tucson, and is happy to serve the community from the perspective of a native Tucsonan.
